Biography
​Philip Edward Jones, PhD (Harvard University 2009)
joined the University of Delaware in 2009. His research focuses on democratic
accountability and in particular how ordinary citizens understand and
respond to their political representatives. He teaches courses on public
opinion, campaigns and elections, and parties and interest groups.
